King recognized as a top 100 Broker
Through our partnerships, King has been recognized as a top 100 US Insurance Broker by three of the insurance industry’s well-known publications: The Hales Report, The Insurance Journal and Business Insurance Magazine. In our debut year on these prestigious lists, we have risen to the 68th position (Insurance Journal), demonstrating our burgeoning influence in the sector. In addition to making these lists, the Hales Report recognized our organization as growing faster than any other agency in their top 100 list, using the term “Mega Growth” to describe our remarkable expansion.
While our growth trajectory has been explosive, we remain critically focused on building our organization the right way. By selectively identifying potential partners, we look for those who can bring unique value to the organization to strengthen our capabilities.
King Insurance Partners Named 2021 Top Performer
Congratulations to Chad King and the fantastic team of insurance agents at King Insurance Partners for receiving the 2021 Best Practices award. King Insurance Partners has been selected to be one of the few independent insurance agencies across the United States to participate in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, or IIABA (Big “I”), “Best Practices” Study Group.
Out of over 1,000 independent agencies nominated to participate in the 2021 annual study, only 262 agencies qualified for such an honor. To be chosen, King Insurance Partners had to be among the top 35 – 45 top-performing agencies in one of six revenue categories: Revenue growth, sales velocity, expenses, profitability, rule of 20, and agency specialization.
For almost 30 years, the IIABA and Reagan Consulting have joined together to analyze and determine the leading agencies in those six categories. These agencies are chosen every third year via nomination and the qualification process to be awarded a “Best Practices Agency” award!
An IIABA-affiliated state group or an insurance business nominated King Insurance Partners, and the Gainesville insurance firm qualified based on its operational competence. King Insurance Partners started in 1974 and offers a number of different types of coverage nationwide, including business insurance, auto insurance, home insurance, and much more.

Sept. 5, 2019 — Congratulations to Chad King and the entire team of insurance agents at King Insurance Partners for being a recipient of the 2019 Best Practices award. King Insurance Partners has been selected to join an exclusive group of independent insurance agencies from around the United States participating in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, or IIABA (Big “I”) “Best Practices” Study Group.
Out of the 1,300 agencies nominated this year, only 267 were included in the Best Practices group, a prestigious honor. To be chosen, the agency had to be among the top 35–45 best-performing agencies in six revenue categories (revenue growth, sales velocity, expenses, profitability, rule of 20, and agency specialization).
Each year since 1993, the IIABA and Reagan Consulting, based in Atlanta, GA, join together and analyze the leading U.S. agencies in these six categories. The agencies in the annual study groups are chosen every third year by way of a thorough nomination and qualification process and awarded a “Best Practices Agency” classification.
King Insurance Partners was nominated by either an IIABA-affiliated state group or an insurance company, and the Gainesville insurance company qualified based on its operational excellence.
The Best Practices Study was started by IIABA in 1993 as the foundation to help improve agency performance. The annual study of these leading independent insurance companies documents their business practices and urges other companies to adopt similar ones.
